So you want to know why French women don’t get fat but ‘we’ do?
I mean the real reason. Yes, I have my own theories to add to those told in Mireille Guilliano’s best seller – a book which I absolutely adore and have read more times than I can remember!
But it didn’t make me thinner.
And I lived in France too and put on weight!
But that was before I found out the secret to using pleasure as a tool for transformation.
Until you apply this key step you may find yourself stuck in behaviour patterns, unable to stick to your resolutions or give up those habits that are annoying you senseless!
And that’s what I’m going to share in this training :
- The key step you could be missing that’s stopping you from creating any behavioural change.
- How this practice will also make you a more magnetic and powerful woman!
- And then from that place how you can incorporate pleasure into creating behavioural changes.
(and p.s. it’s not about doing or eating whatever you want, whenever you want!)
Would you love for change to be easier?
Would you love to be doing something other than trying to “think positively”?
And would you love a way to be working with your inner rebel rather than against her?
Mais oui mes amies!
I have complied, curated and created what I believe to be the most effective tools and techniques for using pleasure as a tool for change and that’s what I’ll be sharing with you!

Why am I so passionate about this?
Because when we have an unhealthy preoccupation with food or whatever else frustrates us, our energy is being drawn into that and we are missing out on the opportunity of living fully.
And it’s stopping us from truly claiming our power as women!
Being empowered includes loving yourself fully and having a great relationship with your body.
The practices I’m sharing though can be incorporated for other habits you want to drop, like living on social media or being crazy in love (not in the good way), so that you are not doing things that annoy the crap out of you! That’s what I call freedom.
It’s about acting in a way that feels good to you and is in alignment with the person you really are.
