Do you ever get the feeling that you are a miraculous energetic being of light with the power to create and draw to you anything you desire?
Thought so.
Me too!
Actually I don’t feel it. I know it.
Within you there is the creative force of the universe, impelling your evolution, putting you in situations through which you have the chance to grow if you choose to recognize it.
Do you feel like you are growing?
Growing involves realising what’s important in any moment and letting go of the rest. It’s a releasing of all that is not really you so you can become who you really are.
Do you see how in every situation every day you get to choose your experience of life?
You choose how to respond to others.
You choose your beliefs.
You choose your reality.
Today is a supermoon (a potent time when the moon is closest to the earth) and it’s a full moon in Pisces.
Full moons are an ideal time to release the old and the unhelpful.
With the moon in Pisces and Mars and Venus about to draw together a day after, Paula from Sowilo says “this moon will help us to identify where we need to generate action – yang energy – and where we can soften, and allow creativity to come to us – yin, feminine energy.”
The perfect time to marry the yin and yang energies in you and to realize how powerful you are.
Yes you are a super powerful being who can create what you want in life : wild abundance, radiant health, passionate love and your dream career.
This doesn’t mean your journey is always easy. There is work to be done to recognize, move through and release all that you are not. You may require support and guidance and someone to remind you who you really are when you can’t recognize it in yourself.
So last week I wrote this Healthy and Powerfully Feminine manifesto to remind you ????
When I shared this with the women on the Healthy and Powerfully Feminine course, I was asked what I meant by “I can’t be hurt”.
Well, when you know that you are more than this body and more than these emotions, that you are in fact a Divine spiritual being, then you know that there is a part of you that is unbreakable.
You can open your heart, knowing that you can’t be broken.
You are free to LOVE because love is your state of being.
And how to do this?
Well first you absolutely must…
Align with Life
This means that whatever is happening you accept it and from that place you can continue to grow in acceptance… which often feels more like a journey of forgetting and then remembering again.
And then from that place you are super powerful and you can create your desired experience of life.
What are you resisting right now?
Are you resisting changes in a relationship? A job you don’t like? A health issue?
For me, one of the hardest things to accept was that someone didn’t love me in the same devoted way anymore. Oh and I resisted it!
But…
What we resist persists!
When we resist something we are actually giving it a lot of energy. We’re thinking about it, willing it to change and often complaining about it too.
We can spend a lot of wasted energy thinking it’s unfair and what it should be like. Our energy gets all tied up in knots because when we hang on tightly, we constrict.
This is not only blocking the flow of energy, but also making us unhappy and hey, even angry.
If you cannot change the way things are (or the way certain people are) accept it + find your freedom. That’s true power.
Once you have clarity on what you desire to create you can use your powers as an energetic being to create it…
