Healthy and Powerfully Feminine

Healthy and powerfully feminine Mireille Parker Breast Cancer

Healthy and powerfully feminine – I feel powerful just saying the words, don’t you? Or are you thinking, ‘Health! – what’s femininity got to do with it?’ Well my friend, you just wait and see because I have a whole five-week interview series planned around it! But first some information about what it actually means.

As it goes, we all have both a feminine and masculine essence/nature with us and some of those qualities are summarised in the following :

Masculine – Feminine

Doing – Being

Structure – Flow & spontaneity

Rigid – Flexible

External- Internal

Individual – Collective

Culture – Nature

Assertion – Attraction

Thinking – Feeling

Logic – Intuition

Peak experience – Sustainability

Outcome – Process

Purpose – Pleasure

Feeling ’empty’ – Feeling full

Linear – Circular/Meandering

Push – Relax

As you can see, these polarities are essential to life on this planet and to our lives. However, until now and especially in the work place, the feminine has been seen as the weaker nature. We’re so busy and in an attempt to keep up, compete and complete our to do lists, our feminine essence is often overridden by our masculine.

You may recognise you’ve overdeveloped your masculine energy by being constantly on the move, creating non-stop in an attempt to climb the corporate ladder or build your business and not taking time out to care for yourself. And you know what the effect on your health is right? Adrenals shot, stress, feeling burnt out or always chasing the clock and rarely able to keep up to name a few.

If, however,  you are finding you lack structure and are so much about being in the flow that you’re unable to achieve your goals or create the life of your desires, then you may like to strengthen your masculine essence in order to ‘get shit done’.

You see, being powerfully feminine is not only about being in your body, relaxing and meandering through life, but about balancing the two energies and being able to move between the two. To me, an example of being powerfully feminine is having the structures in place in order to have the freedom for your creativity to express itself.

What have masculine and feminine essence got to do with health?

In this age of distraction and 24/7 availability, we’re often missing the pleasurable connection to our bodies, which is a part of our feminine essence. Yet we know there is another way. We can feel the feminine energy rising.

The Dali Lhama’s famous and much quoted line is that, ‘The world will be saved by the western woman’ and when I look around at all the women in my life – both online and off – I can feel it. Can you?

Studying the work of both medical intuitive, Carolyn Myss, on health from an energetic and spiritual perspective and that of Racheal Jayne Groover on feminine essence and power, I realised how the two complement and correlate with each other and that’s why I incorporate both bodies of work into my coaching practice. It’s also the reason why I am bringing you an interview series on what it means to be Healthy and Powerfully Feminine.

Yeaaahhhh!

The interview series will take place from September 22nd and run for five weeks with two interviews being released each week – giving you time enough to watch the interviews and absorb the valuable material. Having said that, I already know that this series is going to be so interesting that I can imagine us all gagging for more by the end, so I’m leaving that door open.

It’s flexible, spontaneous, pleasurable and giving us time to make real connections and be in community – leaning on the feminine in these aspects.

It’s also structured, organised and required a great deal of planning (and yes to do lists!) – You see how the feminine is perfectly complemented by the masculine and that both are necessary.

Okay back from the meander and down to business…

You can sign-up now to have free access to the interviews once they launch (available both in video and downloadable as audios) and gain access to our private Facebook group where you can meet like-minded ladies on this path.

Of course men can sign up too if you wish to watch the interviews.

Feminine power is not about separation but inclusion and reverence for each other, our nature and our gifts.
