Recently I have been sharing a lot more about manifesting since I went to a law of attraction Meetup event and found it fun, but more philosophical than practical. I was the only one to share real stories of manifesting. Afterwards, someone from the group found me on Instagram and messaged to say she had found my examples to be inspiring.
When we hear stories, it programs our subconscious mind. Affirmations are helpful for occupying the mind and creating new neural programming, but they have to be at least backed up by evidence to be truly accepted and believed.
The subconscious mind creates our reality and stories are a powerful way to program it. That’s why I created my Living Deeply Stories podcast too.
At that event, the woman in charge gave us Abraham Hick’s emotional guidance scale. Prior to this I already included it in my Magnetise Guide for loving your self, your life and manifesting!
That day though, I noticed that CONTENTMENT is down at number seven on the scale. Therefore, it is not alignment.
The Emotional Guidance Scale
Activating creating beyond energy
4. Positive Expectation/Belief
Clearing & tapping into higher energy
7 . Contentment
Clearing downward and non-creating energy
8 . Boredom
9 . Pessimism
If we are feeling an emotion of a lower frequency, we have to feel it in order to rise on the scale. That’s why I created the Empower guide to give you the processes I use for feeling and releasing emotions. This enables us to return to happiness, joy and empowerment.
Those emotions and states of being at number one, like presence, love and abundance, is what we call being in alignment. When we are aligned, we are powerful creators, magnets, in this like attracts like universe.
But if we don’t allow a feeling to begin, how can it end?
With all I’m manifesting for my home renovations, I realised that contentment is not alignment because when I am content, making do, I actually don’t have desires. If there are no desires, how can we manifest?
Manifesting is really fun! It’s that feeling of Divine Orchestration, when things slot into place. I’ve become an even more confident manifestor and teacher of it in the last two years, organising home renovations.
Now at the start of the month especially, I write down what I’d like to manifest and research quickly how much it will cost, giving me a grand total. Then I say, “Hey God, this is what I’d like and I don’t know how it’s going to happen but you do.” And then I get into alignment.
I take action, but don’t think about it too much. Maybe it will happen, maybe something else.
But to get to this place, there was a process of organising my life and that’s what I outline and share in Magnetise. I’ve simplified what works and what I’ve learned from the past twenty years of practising manifesting and particularly in the last five on the law of attraction.
I hope this was helpful! Do let me know in the comments below or join my community for a weekly dose of inspiration and in-form-a-tion like this.
With so much love,
